Delivery Policy – How You Receive Your eSIM
- Instant delivery after payment (some suppliers may take 2–3 minutes)
- Delivery online and via email and WhatsApp
- QR code displayed on the confirmation page
- Scheduled orders delivered one day before travel at 12:00 PM for future activation plans
- Manual delivery if automated delivery fails
Refund & Customer Protection
Refunds are available when:
- You did not receive your eSIM
- The eSIM was not activated or scanned
- A technical issue cannot be resolved by support
- (Brazil-only) Activated eSIM shows zero or very low data usage
Refunds are not available when:
- Device is not eSIM-compatible
- Device is carrier-locked
- Incorrect region or country selected
- Coverage limitations in buildings or remote areas
- Data was consumed after activation
Billing Transparency
